SOME INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT OUR SERVICES.

  • We are a 'gender neutral' salon so our services are priced according to time required and not what gender you identify as.

  • In salon consultations and skin test/patch test are required for all new colour clients before a colour appointment can be booked (this also applies to returning clients we have not seen for more than 6 months or those wishing for a change of colour).

  • Colouring services are only offered to those aged 16 or over. Proof of age may be required in order for us to proceed.

  • All colour services and first appointments for new clients require a 50% deposit, paid at least 48 hours before, in order for the appointment to be continue to be held.

  • We have a strict 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Notice given less than 48 hours will incur the loss of the deposit paid or will require a 50% late cancellation fee unless the appointment can be refilled.

PRE-PAYMENT

Any colour appointments and any new clients will be required to make a 50% deposit, no later than 48 hours before their appointment, in order for it to continue to be held.

If pre-payment is not made at least 48 hours before the appointment it will no longer be reserved in the system and will be able to be booked by those on the waiting list or via the live online booking system.

Allergy TEST

This applies if you are having any colour service, an allergy can develop over time so it is possible that you could have an allergic reaction even if you haven’t had one in the past. To ensure total health and safety we require a simple allergy test to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.A skin test once a year will be needed.

CANCELLATION

We politely request notice over 48 hours to change or cancel any appointment.

If less notice is given then we reserve the right to retain the 50% deposit. If we are able to refill the appointment the deposit will be refunded or kept on your account for your next visit.

A 50% fee of the value of the service will be charged in the event of a cancellation under 48 hours or a no-show to an appointment that has not been pre-paid for.  This fee will be waived if we are able to refill the appointment but no future bookings will be able to be made if that has not been possible until the fee has been paid.

To try to help avoid the likelihood of this, appointment reminder cards are given out to those who book in salon and a text reminder confirming the appointment date and time is sent 4 days before for those who have opted in to receive them.
